Our Mission and Vision
Our mission is to provide the tools of recovery to those who have been affected by the disease of addiction. We offer an evidence-based treatment model in conjunction with other complementary therapies that help our clients learn ways to live drug and alcohol-free lives as they build resiliency.

Our Story
Hilda’s Place Behavioral Health Organization, Inc was established in 2018 in honor of the founder’s aunt Hilda, who was a well-known community activist who dedicated herself to helping others. It was normal to see her bring home people who needed help, such as food, clean clothing, and a place to stay. She also helped them find jobs and helped them get back on their feet.
Inspired by that activism, Hilda’s Place Behavioral Health Organization, Inc was created by Theresa Thomas. We are a private, non-profit organization providing nationally-accredited, comprehensive, and evidence-based, addiction and behavioral health treatment for people of all ages.

Hilda’s Place Behavioral Health Organization, Inc is a Joint Commission Accredited organization.
